I think the first choice is actually fairer cause if it's the second, the parts may vary in difficulty and people are assigned to parts they may be completely good at it or never had any experience doing?

I mean can i join. Or if not i'll just judge . Cause i like to watch dancing and learned it for like 3 classes before
